Farther Vs. Further Take Vs. Bring By Cristian And Eddie
Farther Farther - More far/distant in “physical” distance. Examples: John ran farther then Bill. Which is farther, New York or Los Angeles?
Further Further – More far/distant in “figuratively or non- physically” and can also mean “more/additional” Examples: Nothing could be further from the truth. Who is further along in research?
Take Take – Is used in relation to a starting point. Examples: Take your dog away from me. Please take your bag there.
Bring Bring – Is used in relation to a destination. Examples: Bring some food to the party at my house. Bring a gift to the party.
Memory Trick You ask people to bring things to the place you are, and you take things to the place you are going. “You bring things here, and take things there.”
