2 Coaches Coach Malone o Head Coach o Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles Coach Floyd o Assistant Coach o Middle Distance Coach Hirschfield o Assistant Coach o Throws/Multi-Event Meet the Coaches night is November 11. Please come with your parents to get all the details on the upcoming athletics season.

3 Forms If this is your first sport this season you must fill out all forms in the folder Pay close attention to your insurance information If you are a returning athlete, please fill out the white form only

4 Practice Practice will be from 3:00pm to 5:00pm unless otherwise noted From 2:10 to 2:55 you must be in one of the following places o With another teacher getting extra help o IN LC-5 with the team study hall One day per week will be an extended practice day that will include film study

5 Weather Practice will be outside unless the weather is deemed unfit for human interaction. Weather conditions deemed unfit will result in practice being moved inside. General rule of thumb: If its over 43 degrees at 3:00; we will be outside.

6 Dress Layers are a MUST All team members must show up to practice in a Long sleeve top and long pants. o Shorts and t-shirt underneath o Hats are optional but recommended You must have appropriate footwear o If you are unsure of what footwear your need please speak to Coach Malone o Do NOT waste money on expensive spikes; you will spend most of your time in your training shoes. Spend your money on your Trainers
