8Leave PlannerLeave Planner gives you a overview of all booked/taken leave. Leave applied for thru the kiosk by staff flows thru to the Leave Planner. There are a number of ways that Managers can be notified of leave applications ( , SMS, notification in system). Leave can be set to automatically be approved by system based on certain criteria or Managers can approve/reject leave from this screen.

10Task ManagerHaving determined your labor needs based on your forecast business volumes Easy Roster will then generate the Tasks by (15,30 or 60 min) increments based on your setup for each positions by shift.
11Roster ManagerHaving determined the Tasks by position Easy Roster will allocate the roster taking into consideration TM’s shift patterns/availabilities/skills/proficiencies etc to create the most cost efficient roster.
