Modifying State is bound by the original states law on “nature, extent, amount, and duration” of support. Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act Must file modification where “initial jurisdiction” would lie. “Home State” not required if previous state Exclusive, Continuing Jurisdiction does not exist – but preferred.
