Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. John 4:23 For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations. Isaiah 61:11 N on- S top P raise 12 Spirit and Truth Worship Festival Singapore 6:00pm, 31 December 2008 to 6:00am 1 January 2009

This event is an unprecedented gathering of Filipino Churches (NETFIL, formerly KSPS) in Singapore with no other agenda but to praise and worship for 12 hours non-stop the One and only audience, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the Son of the Living God. This is not a showcase of talent. Not a spectacle for the observer, not even a demonstration for number of attendance. This is our sincere united cry to worship the Lord above all else. Expecting nothing but to please our worthy King. Before we expect our God to work his will upon the churches and in the world, let us respond first to his call to worship in spirit and in truth, for our Lord is seeking his due honor and praise among his own people. This is a foretaste of eternity before the Throne of God. This is our destiny, one people, one voice, one God, we will come and worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth like never before and see how God will do the rest in ways we have never seen before, a glorious revival in our time. This festival will be replicated every year. As history will be decided on 31 December 2008 lets be there to be the people who will open the floodgates of praise until the land of Singapore is full of God’s glory. 5 All Servants for the Non-Stop Praise 12 are required to attend this special service to be held 6:00pm 28 December 2008 for spiritual preparation through a service ministered by the participating pastors for spiritual cleansing, deliverance, healing, rededication, anointing and commissioning. This service will be mandatory for all the participants. Those who will not attend this will be disqualified to serve for the Non-Stop Praise 12 but not disqualified to worship. This is essential in order to prevent pride, showmanship, vain glory to manifest among the ministers. The Anointing Service

The segment activities will be presided and coordinated by the segment pastors. Each segment will be assigned to a participating church to fully minister. The segment will focus on certain attributes of God as assigned for praise and worship. The segments may comprise the following but not limited to the following; 1.Praise and Worship – 2 portions, beginning and end. 2.Worship in Pageantry, Praise Dance, Banners 3.Prophetic Utterances 4.Word of God – In Prophetic Proclamation 5.Spontaneous Prayers and Intercession 6.Victory Proclamation The Segments

Conduct of the Event All forms and modes of worship are encouraged. Segment pastors will have to brief the committee on the approach they will adopt with their segments. Spontaneity and extravagant worship are greatly encouraged. Churches and ministering teams are required to be there before their segments at least 1 hour before so that they may catch the movement of the Holy Spirit and continue with it. Segment pastors are expected to manage and direct the worship time during their segments. Again spontaneity and sensitivity to the Spirit’s direction is highly encouraged. Within the hall no other activity is allowed except for praise and worship. Loitering or distraction will be attended to by the event ushers. Children will have to be separated to nursery place.

Conduct of the Event 2 complete set of band equipments will be setup to provide seamless transition from one team to another. To this effect an inter-church joint ushering team will be setup for the event. They will manage the coming in and out of the worship participants as well as the distribution of refreshments if any. A joint committee for the sound, media and technical equipment will be setup for the setting up of the venue and event. An inventory will be executed to account for all the equipments to be used. All the participating teams are required to be present during the last segment. This is not an evangelistic concert, It is simply praise and worship to God. It is all about God. No altar call is expected.

Preparations There will be a main committee called the NSP12 Committee composed of the participating Segment Pastors that will oversee the entire program. All other committees will report to them. The NSP12 Committee will also appoint a Program Manager to manage the sequence of activities during the day and keep time for all to track. Musical instruments will be jointly shared by the churches. If there are needs to share musicians, pastors need to raise this in the NSP12 Committee for support. The musicians drawn from all the churches will gather to join up resources whenever necessary. No general rehearsal required, it is expected that each segment teams will make their preparations on their own and will come prepared for their portions. The NSP12 Committee will meet regularly as assigned to update on preparations. Any requirement for funding will be decided and agreed by the NSP12 Committee before release.

Preparations Participating churches may contribute to the refreshments on their own voluntary means. NSP12 Committee will decide and agree on the venue. Venue should be large enough to accommodate many with excellent audio and visual provisions. It is suggested that printed T-shirts, flyers, email ad, posters and banners be created for this event. T-shirts will be issued to all participants of the event. The sources of funds to come up for this will be decided by the NSP12 Committee. Worship is an offering, an act of giving. We will not offer anything that cost us nothing. And we will not come to worship empty handed. Any cost incurred for this Worship event is our offering unto the Lord. May the churches be extravagantly generous for this. We leave also for the NSP12 Committee to decide whether to collect offering during the sessions.

Communication The Non-Stop Praise 12 in Spirit and Truth will be communicated once a month in every churches of the KSPS from September onwards. The media and materials for communication will be provided through voluntary contributions from members who are gifted in the arts. A logo for the event is being designed. Printed T-shirts will be distributed or sold to all the participating servants 1 week prior to the event. The Non-Stop Praise 12 in Spirit and Truth will be made an item in every church prayer meeting from now on until the day. It is highly encouraged that a fast should be called the week prior to this. Although we are on a festive mood of Christmas, we should take opportunity also to prepare ourselves to be spiritually prepared for this historic event.
