2 We at Starlight Program have many eager people looking for employment. They are hardworking, dedicated, reliable, motivated and loyal. They have many abilities in many areas. For example, sorting, packaging, janitorial, lawn care to dishwashing. Starlight Programs can fulfill your employment needs with people who are humble, caring and compassionate. They will add character, strength and purpose to your work team. Currently the Community Employment Services Department has 41 people employed in Muskingum County at various places. 13 of the 41 were employed in They do an assortment of jobs from being a Courtesy Clerk at Kroger to working in the stock room at TJ Maxx and JC Penney to working on farms. We have 2 individuals who have been at the same job for 21 years. Starlight Programs will provide job coaching for the person. We will also provide once a month contact with the employer to assure everything is going smoothly. If additional coaching is needed for any reason, we will come back to your site and provide the training at no cost to the employer. There is a WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) that an employer can take advantage of if they chose to.

Example, ask about how business is going, are there any openings etc -Making professional as well as personal relationships with managers. Our job coach has been with Starlight for over 25 years and knows all the managers When needs arise on the job, provide a job coach Finding natural supports while on the job (Legion and transportation)
