3 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The construction of a project which includes an immense logistic center and a big industrial park with a gas station, a motel, a restaurant/event center, a shopping center and offices on a whole surface of 232,000 sqm with a full opening of about 220m to the main road - DN-2. ‏ The project is located at about 25km from the “Ring Road” of Bucharest, on road DN-2 which leads to North-East Romania, to Ukraine and Moldova and connects Bucharest with The Black Sea and with about 20 important cities. ‏
