MODERATE IN THIS CASE MODERATE CONDITION, TWO SEPARATE DECISIONS WILL BE MADE: DECISION 1 DECISION 1 FROM STUDENT AFFAIRS TO STUDENTS: NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL, SMS, WEBSITE, CAMPUS TOUR NOTIFICATION TO EVACUATE/ STAY CAMPUS DECISION 2 DECISION 2 FROM HR TO FACULTY AND STAFF: NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL/SMS TO EVACUATE/STAY

RED- EVACUATION-I “ Send ONE message: w e all must evacuate the campus. Please meet immediately in the emergency Meeting point DO NOT PANIC” HR & SA Activates the evacuation alarms- LONG TONE The Maintenance Department Turn off power and Gas The Maintenance Department All the students & employees are required to gather in the Emergency Meeting points HR & SA Students & employees shall prepare for the evacuation. Students should leave first HR & SA
RED- EVACUATION-II If streets are hazardous, evacuate students in groups with supervisors to the nearest hotel The maintenance & Transportation & Head of Emergency Team will move around the campus and make sure that no one is left on campus The emergency team If it gets better, students will be sent to their homes by the University transportation and those students who prefer to go with their family will be made to sign before they leave. THE CIVIL DEFENSE RED- NO EVACUATION NO EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE CIVIL DEFENSE Send ONE message: DON’T LEAVE! HR & SA All the students & employees are required to gather in the Emergency Meeting points HR & SA Evacuation will not be allowed except upon signing a pledge for bearing full responsibility for leaving campus HR & SA
FROM CIVIL DEFENSE RED- NO EVACUATION NO EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED FROM CIVIL DEFENSE Students, staff & faculty will be accommodated in 5 buildings: Humanities and Social Sciences Building, Business College Building, Student Residence, Faculty Residence, Child Development Center Emergency Head & Team ALL other Buildings should be evacuated Emergency Head & Team All the students & employees are required to gather in the Emergency Meeting points HR & SA Leaving the campus will not be allowed except upon signing a pledge for bearing full responsibility for leaving campus HR & SA

WHO GOES WHERE? ALL MOTHERS of Children in CDC should join their KIDS ALL students, faculty, and Staff residents should go back to their rooms unless they are working with emergency team Clinic Staff should be available in their locations

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THAT? EVERYONE SHOULD STAY ON CAMPUS UNTIL THE UNIVERSITY RECEIVES CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FROM CIVIL DEFENSE THAT IT IS SAFE TO EVACUATE UNIVERSITY BUSES WILL HELP ALL WHO NEED TRANSPORTATION
