9 Recommended Transition to the Syracuse University Blackboard LMS iSchool LMS SU Blackboard 9 / 9.1 In the interim, faculty will be provided with training and support to ensure that the move is as seamless as possible In the interim, faculty will be provided with training and support to ensure that the move is as seamless as possible Fall 2009: A small number of iSchool instructors begin piloting SU Blackboard 9 system (supplement to campus courses only) Spring 2010-Spring 2011: New iSchool courses are built in SU Blackboard 9, starting with a few faculty volunteers and increasing progressively Summer 2011 (if available by June 1): Full Campus Migration to SU Blackboard 9.1, including all iSchool courses from Blackboard 9 and iSchool LMS Fall 2009: All but a handful of iSchool instructors teach in iSchool LMS Spring 2010-Spring 2011: New iSchool courses are built in SU Blackboard 9, starting with a few faculty volunteers and increasing progressively Summer 2011: iSchool LMS is phased out completely; all courses are taught through the University Blackboard system (if available by June 1) Fall Spring Summer Fall Spring Summer 2011
