What is the Adjunct Academy? The Adjunct Academy is a one-semester comprehensive program of self-paced, self- directed, online modules with assessment tools which will allow the participant to work at his/her own speed, day or night, in off-campus settings to learn up-to-date educational methodologies as well as policies and procedures for teaching at Volunteer State.
The Adjunct Academy Modules Can Be Employed For: Enhancing the teaching success of adjunct faculty Orienting newly-hired full-time faculty to Volunteer State policies and procedures Assisting employee performance via formative growth plans
