2 This interactive tutorial is a guide to using the Cellulike Backup & Restore Service, navigating the menu options and using the Cellulike Advanced application. Click on either of the options below to continue with a walk through of each. To navigate through the various screens, simply click on the page buttons, or screenshot menu buttons to view the content of these options. 3 The Main Menu Screen Most of the Members Account management functionality can be carried out directly from the device using the cellulike.mobi main menu screen From your phone browser, go to or - Simply click on the menu buttons on any of the screenshots to navigate the menu options The first option for any new user would be the ‘Create New Account’ button The main account management functions are under the sub menu inside ‘Members Account Login’ Back to Tutorial Index

4 Change Language Selecting your language of choice from the drop down menu and clicking ‘Update’ will set the whole clmobi menu system to that language Back to Tutorial Index Back to clmobi Main Menu

8 Back to Tutorial Index Add New Device - 1 You can add as many devices as you wish to your account, however, they will all share the original amount of storage space that was allocated from the original Activation Code (Note: Because a new device would normally be added in the event of the original device being lost or stolen, when adding a new device to the account, the new device will ‘take over’ all of the remaining storage space in the account – some storage can be transferred back to the original device if required) Here, the Activation code and the make and model being added to the account are pre-filled If everything is displayed correctly - click ‘Add New Device to Existing Account’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

12 Back to Tutorial Index Reload Application - 1 Once an account has been registered, and in the event that the device had technical issues, or the OS was ‘flashed’ and applications were lost, the Cellulike Advanced application can be re-installed free of charge at any time - Select and click on the device that needs to have the application reinstalled Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

15 Back to Tutorial Index Friends & Family - 1 The Friends & Family service enables you the user to list up to 10 preferred contacts, that can all be informed at one time of your new contact details in the event of phone loss or theft To start creating this list, click ‘Set Up’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

16 Back to Tutorial Index Friends & Family - 2 Enter the name, phone number and address of a friend, or family member you would like to notify in the event of phone loss To save and store these new details, click ‘Add New Contact’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

17 Back to Tutorial Index Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu Friends & Family - 3 The first contact has been successfully added If another contact needs to be added, simply click ‘Add New’ and enter the next set of contact details - up to a maximum of 10 contacts This particular contact can be edited at any stage if required by clicking ‘Edit Contact’ In the event your phone is lost or stolen, once you have a replacement phone and have the app re-installed on it, you can then go to Friends & Family again and inform the contacts that were configured Click here to see how to inform the recipients with your selected message …. 18 Back to Tutorial Index Friends & Family - 4 Send Now Having previously configured your Friends & Family contacts in the event of your phone being lost or stolen you can now send the recipients a message informing them to contact you. From your new phone, go to the clmobi menu and select ‘Friends & Family’ The details were configured previously, you can now send those contacts a message – including your new contact number If you need to update or amend any of your contacts details before sending the message, click on ‘Manage Contacts’ If not - click on ‘ Send Now ’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

19 Back to Tutorial Index Friends & Family - 5 Messages List Having selected ‘Send Now’ - you will be presented with three message options that can be sent to the recipients. Select the radio button for the message of choice that you wish to send - in this example, the third option then click on ‘Preview Message’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

20 Back to Tutorial Index Friends & Family - 6 Preview Message At the top of this screen, you will see the message that was selected. Now enter the phone number that you want people to contact you on (add the country code if necessary) This can be any number you happen to be using, be it a spare number or new number for your new phone – it will be displayed to the recipients together with the selected message Click on ‘Send Message’ Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

31 Back to Tutorial Index Select Restore Point - 1 For tutorial example purposes, we will demonstrate selecting a restore point using an account with more than one device registered to it Click on the device image to select which device the new restore point is going to be selected for In this example, click on the Galaxy S4 Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu

36 Back to Tutorial Index Back to home screen The Cellulike Advanced Application Splash Screen Having clicked on the app icon, first the application ‘splash screen’ will open and after a few seconds the Username & Password login form will be displayed - the login form only appears when it’s the first time the app has been opened Continue to the Login screen Continue to the Login screen

37 Back to Tutorial Index Back to home screen The Cellulike Advanced Application Login Enter the account Username and Password (the activation code serving as the Password) that was entered during the signup click on ‘Submit’ The account login details only need to be entered for the first login, the next login will happen automatically after clicking on the app icon

39 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backup Images Having selected Backup, and for the purposes of this tutorial, we will backup some images, music, documents and contacts Here, 3 Images have been selected (green ticks) - now from the top scroll menu, select and click on ‘ Audios ’ (Note; If the selected files size exceeds the amount of available storage space in the account, an alert message will be displayed) View Alert message

40 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backup Audios Here, one Audio track has been selected (green tick) - now from the top scroll menu, that can be scrolled to the left if required, select ‘Documents’ (at the far right of the scroll menu)

42 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backup Documents From the Documents folder, one.xls file has been selected (File types that can be backed up include.doc -.docx -.xls -.xlsx -.pdf -.ppt -.txt etc) - Finally, Contacts, SMS / MMS and Calendar files are located under the ‘Others’ menu option, so, from the top scroll menu, select ‘Others’

43 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backup Contacts, SMS / MMS & Calendar Here, Contacts have been selected, there are no SMS / MMS or Calendar files available So now, all of the required files have been selected. To continue with the backup, click on ‘Next’ in the top right corner

45 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backing Up Progress While the files is are backing up, a progress bar is displayed Clicking on ‘Cancel’ at this stage will cancel the backup process and the app will go back to the menu screen Click ‘Continue’ If there is a break in the connection during the backup, the following alert message will be displayed Continue View Alert Message

46 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Backup Successful The Backup Successful info panel is displayed when the backup is complete - and that’s it, all done! Click on ‘Continue’ to go back to the app main menu Then, if no further action is required, click on ‘Exit’ on the main menu to close the application

47 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Restore 1 Restore is selected from the app menu when it is necessary to download and restore backed up files to the phone Once the application has logged in, all of the files available for restoring will be displayed For this example, we will restore a music file and Contacts from a previous backup Click on ‘Continue’ to go to Contacts and select them for restoring … Continue

48 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Restore 2 Click on Contacts to select them for restoring - You will notice that for Contacts, it will say ‘Total: 1’- this is not because there is only 1 contact, it’s because Contacts are managed as 1 single combined file, and in this example, there are 175 Contacts in the ‘1 file’ - the total number of contacts will be displayed at the ‘Restore Successful’ screen Click on ‘Next’ at top right to start the restore process

(Note: if the device has an SD memory card, the restored files will be saved there, if no SD card is inserted, files will be restored to the device memory) Click on ‘Continue’ to go back to the app main menu Then, if no further action is required, click on ‘Exit’ on the main menu to close the application

Creating a New Account On the New Account Activation Form, the Activation Code is entered and the device model is displayed (if the model is not displayed correctly, simply select the correct model from the dropdown menu) - then enter an account username - preferably an address (Note: No password needs to be entered at this stage because the activation code also serves as the account password) Click on ’Submit’ or ‘Continue’ to get the next screen Continue Back to clmobi Main Menu Back to clmobi Main Menu

Downloading and installing the app from an App Store In this example, the device being used is an Android device, which means the customer will be get the Play Store download centre screen then select ‘Install’ Depending on the device being used, you will then be directed automatically to the relevant download centre where the application will then be downloaded and installed on the device Back to clmobi Main Menu Back to clmobi Main Menu

Accepting the required Permissions settings Having clicked on ‘Install’ to download the application, a popup window will be displayed - this informs the customer of the Permissions Settings that are required in order to download and install the application then select ‘Accept’ this allows the application to be downloaded and installed on to the phone Back to clmobi Main Menu Back to clmobi Main Menu

60 Back to Tutorial Index Cellulike Signup Process 5. Installation complete Once the application has been downloaded and installed, the option to open the app is displayed. When this option is clicked, the application login screen will be opened where you enter your account username and password to continue Once logged in, the application menu will be displayed and the application can be used immediately - select ‘Open’ Alternatively, they can close everything down and go to the phones home screen and click on the app icon to start using the app – but this is not the preferred process ! Log in to the application Enter the account Username and Password (Activation Code) that was entered during the signup process click on ‘Submit’ The account login details only need to be entered for the first login, the next login will happen automatically after clicking on the app icon Once logged in, the application menu will be displayed and the first backup can be made

The Application icon When the application has been installed on to the phone, the app icon will be available from either the Home screen, or the Apps screen From here, clicking on the app icon will open the application The first time the application is opened, the customers account login details will need to be entered Previous Screen

69 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Back Up Files Backup Interrupted - 2 If there should be an interruption in the connection while making the backup, this alert message is displayed - the backup will stop, but can be continued later from the point where it stopped - clicking on ‘OK’ will take you back to the app menu screen Click on ‘OK’ or ‘Continue’ Continue

70 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Back Up Files Backup Interrupted - 3 When you go back to the app menu, or when you next open the app, this message is displayed If you click on ‘No’ – the backup will be discontinued and a fresh backup can be made If you click ‘Yes’ - the backup will continue from the stage it reached before it was interrupted Continue

71 Back to Tutorial Index Back to app menu The Cellulike Advanced Application - Back Up Files Backup Interrupted - 4 If you clicked ‘Yes’ to continue the backup, the Backup Successful message will appear on completion Note: the continuation will only backup the files that that failed to backup due to the interruption – in this example, the continuation backed up the remaining files from the previous failed backup - including the remaining 1 of the 3 images previously selected) Click on ‘Continue’ to return to the application menu screen Continue

72 Back to Tutorial Index Back to home screen The Cellulike Advanced Application Menu Once back at the app menu screen, a fresh backup can be made, or you can Exit the application Click on ‘Exit’ to close the application and go back to the phones home screen

73 Back to Tutorial Index Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu Update Password - 1 The Update (change) Password screen displays the current password - and gives information on what’s required when updating to a new password Scroll down to the bottom of this screen to view the entry field click on ‘Go to bottom of the screen’ Go to bottom of the screen Go to bottom of the screen

74 Back to Tutorial Index Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu Update Password - 2 When the Update Password option is selected, initially, a random password will be auto generated - in this example, nm6945 has been generated if something different is required, simply overwrite what’s there and enter a preferred password Click on ‘Go to next screen’ Go to next screen

76 Back to Tutorial Index Back to Members Main Menu Back to Members Main Menu Update Password - 4 This next (and final) screen confirms that the new password has been successfully recorded as - gtyuio4567 The next time the customer logs in to the clmobi menu, or to the application, they must enter their username and this new password Click on ‘Back to Members Main Menu’

77 Back to Tutorial Index Back to clmobi Main Menu Back to clmobi Main Menu Add More Data Storage Space - 1 To add more data storage space to a device in your account, you will need a ‘Storage Space Upgrade Code’ Upgrade Codes are available in 100MB, 1GB and 5GB increments Once you have your code, select ‘Add More Data Storage Space’ from the clmobi menu – enter the upgrade code along with the account username & password and click on ‘Continue’

78 Back to Tutorial Index Back to clmobi Main Menu Back to clmobi Main Menu Add More Data Storage Space - 2 This next screen confirms that the upgrade code is valid – in this example we are adding an extra 5GB of storage space The next step is to select which device to add the storage space to (if there is more than one device registered to the account) click on ‘Continue’
