A University-wide web-based performance management tool designed to – streamline the performance management process – be fully integrated with core employee data in PeopleSoft All employees will be using the same forms, processes and overall ratings across the university –12,000 Administrative and Professional employees and Staff (including HUCTW) –4,000 managers (including Faculty Managers) 2
