We work with our internal training department to monitor, review and assess levels of competency within the staff group. Supervision is carried out with staff to ensure that any relevant training requirements are identified and provided.
* We believe that we work in Residents home, not that they live in our workplace
We understand that Residents have left their own surroundings and most of what is familiar to them. We want them to feel comfortable in the knowledge that this is their new home and we will adapt our way of working, where possible, to include their individual routines.
