10 Rebuttal  Why what someone else said was right is in fact wrong 1. Claim is logically or empirically true. 2. Even if this may be true – why it is unnecessary

11 Points of Information  Offered between 1-4 of speech  Purpose to try and catch opponent of guard  (13.43)  Don’t worry take 1 – if you don’t feel like taking anymore don’t!
