General Maintenance Prior to Upgrade Verify & Rebuild your datafile –Verify & Rebuild your datafile Check QBWIN.log –CTRL 1, then CTRL 2, then Open File –Look over the QBWIN.log to ensure no errors are present –Fix any areas that say need attention. Exporting reports –Export TB, P & L & Balance Sheet reports (using ALL Dates) to Excel prior to upgrade.
