CADENZA’s Objectives 1.Promote image of the elderly; 2.Plan for the needs of the “soon-to-be-old” whilst enhancing skills and service for the current old; 3.Devise new services in response to changing needs; 4.Train different levels of professionals, formal and informal caregivers; 5.Encourage inter-generational understanding; 6.Nurture academic leadership in gerontology.
