We will save all raw data and check all measurements, but it will be too much to handle for later use Construction needs: to reject bad ones (screening) to sort devices (e.g. by Vbd) Operation needs: Calibration will be done in situ, anyway Still we need firm reference point I propose following to start discussion Your inputs are really welcome Serial ID (TA0001, TB0001,....) Breakdown voltage and gain slope for 3 temps Noise rate (>1pe) at a fixed ΔV (for 3 temp) PDE at a fixed ΔV (expect no temp/device dependence) Cross-talk + afterpulse at a fixed ΔV (expect no temp/device dep.) Hamamatsu test data Any note during measurement(?) Do we need more points? MPPC test bench at KYOTO
