4 You don’t find lasting satisfaction in performance

5 So what do people get in this life for all their hard work and anxiety? Their days of labour are filled with pain and grief; even at night their minds cannot rest. It is all meaningless. Ecclesiastes 2.22-23 (NLT)

6 You don’t find lasting satisfaction in possessions

7 Those who love money will never have enough. How meaningless to think that wealth brings true happiness! Ecclesiastes 5.10 (NLT)

8 Seek your happiness in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desire. Psalms 37.4 ( GNB)

9 You recognise your real hunger How do you experience real satisfaction in life?

10 Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna... He did this to help you realise that real life comes by obeying every command of God. Deuteronomy 8.3 (LB)

11 You eat the right food How do you experience real satisfaction in life?
