Openness, transparency Open communication, functionality of informing people How Official information Introducing the current staff: areas of research and teaching New people are introduced in the dept. Anna Arsniva should be informed about the information in the public web page of graphic design (+ Anne Tapanainen) Heikki Nuutinen should be informed about things in media research blog Informal ways of communicating Monday morning coffee: everybody is welcome, new persons will be introduced The last Thursday of every month: a movie offered by the research group Facebook group Openness The person that has information shares it Wiki web page where you can find minutes and memos Different communication channelsMerja makes a list of different communication channels that the unit now has
