7 JLS-MC series Advantages ◆ Higher bulk density to reduce floating dust and increase mix uniformity. ◆ Excellent particle distributing to ensure Nylon with JLS-MC better mechanism and a smoother surface. ◆ Well mixing with Nylon resin,so is easier to disperse during processing. ◆ JLS-MC810 has even higher disperse property,which ensure Nylon a better mechanical property. ◆ JLS-MC15, MC25 and MC50 is different diameter, which can suitable for different need. ◆ The Nylon which contain JLS-MC is better than Br/Sb system in electricity isolation capability , it can be used widely in low piezoelectricity applications.

13 JLS-MC series Applications JLS-MC series consists of JLS-MC15, MC25, MC50 and JLS- MC810 based on JLS-MC, which is mostly used in Nylon. The series can also be used in a range of polyesters. PC,thermoplastic polyurethane Thermosets including epoxy resins, unsaturated polyesters and polyurethane foams.
