NH 3 BASED SCREW COMPRESSOR CHILLER
We use Alfa-Laval (Sweden) make WPHEs in the evaporator as well as the condenser(optional) in the chilling system. This empowers us to increase the compactness and overall thermal efficiency of the system. It also reduces maintenance cost. We use Bitzer (Germany) make Ammonia Screw compressors which ensures us of full reliability and sturdiness at any point of time. Some of our Mechanical advances
“EFF. 1” electric motors of esteemed brands namely Siemens and Bharat Bijlee is used to run the screw. A self-aligned feature has been introduced using flange cum foot mounting motor. A compressor can be mounted on the motor flange by 6/8 bolts resulting into perfect alignment.
The system comes as a fully integrated package of components mounted compactly on a skid. This makes it simpler for transportation. Our compact screw chiller has pair of highly efficient 2 stage oil separator and a shell and tube oil-cooler. This oil cooler is now available in PHE type also.
The Auto Oil Return System to retain WPHE efficiency: After the vigorous separation of oil from the high pressure gas in the oil separator, still further, about 2-3 ppm oil gets carried away with the gas which is recovered from the bottom of the chiller by specially designed oil return system which is then pumped to the suction of the compressor. We use Huba (Switzerland) make Digital pressure transducers and flow meters(optional) which give 4-20 mA output directly read by the PLC. We have devised a Digital Sensor and controller for the level of liquid ammonia in the receiver. Some of our Electrical and Electronic advances
In the data sheet as well as in the history log generated and stored in.xls format, we cover up all important parameters of the system such as Suction, Discharge and Oil pressures, Suction, Discharge Temperatures, filter pressure drop and even the Instantaneous EER values. This makes it easy for the user to keep a check on the EER values daily which can guide the operator as to when the system needs maintenance before its efficiency lowers considerably. A Data logging and auto History sheet generation is another special feature. We also offer a provision for direct printout of the log sheet on dot matrix printer. The system comes with a state-of-the-art automation and control technology. Delta make Programmable Logic Control is further supported by the delta make HMI of very high resolution coming with real colors. The pressure and the Nh3 liquid level are directly plotted as instantaneously changing bar graphs and pie graphs. Even trend graphs can be generated(optional). Also these HMI devices are one of their kind. They are provided with 2 serial female COM ports, 1 male COM port, and a downloading cable. Special feature of this HMI device is that it can store the history sheets in the expandable USB memory chip if connected to the given port.
The system can be equipped with an external module for Radio Frequency transmission of parameters values and the user at the other end receives these values, provided he is within the range of 1 kM diameter. Also we offer to provide a facility to monitor the important parameters’ data on your PC with SCADA. Some Other Optional Features
For applications which need constant suction pressure to be maintained, to get constant chill water temperature we suggest the use of this Evaporator Pressure Regulatory Valve (PM/ C4A). This valve enables the user to get the lowest clear temperature of water around 2 Deg.C without addition of MEG by avoiding freezing in the WPHE.
