The Great Scheme of Redemption Introduction What is the Scheme of Redemption

In order to understand fully and perfectly any one part or element of a system, it is necessary to have, in the first place, a general and comprehensive knowledge of the whole.

The Bible is a unit. It’s primary, general and ultimate objective is to develop one great and glorious System of Devine Wisdom (as the Mystery revealed Eph. 3:10) to reveal justice, goodness, mercy, and love through Jesus Christ for the redemption of fallen man (Romans 5:12, 18-19; I Cor. 15:21)

Romans 5: 12, 18-19 12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— 18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. I Corinthians 15:21

Definition Of A Scheme 1. A scheme is a plan, program, purpose for attaining something. 2. Is this word used in the Bible?

Is This Word Used In The Bible? Ephesians 4:14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. 10 Is The Word Used In The Bible? Luke 1:68 “Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited and redeemed His people,… Luke 24:21 But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened. Galatians 3:13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),…

Is The Word Used In The Bible? Galatians 4:5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. Ephesians 5:16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Colossians 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Titus 2:14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

Is The Word Used In The Bible? 1 Peter 1:18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,… Revelation 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,…

Yes, We Can Know The Plan Ephesians 3:1-11 The Mystery Revealed 3 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles— 2 if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you, 3 how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, 4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), 5 which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: 6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, 7 of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power.

8 To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9 and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; 10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,

God’s Plan For Redeeming Man Ephesians 3:9-11 and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; 10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Plan In The Beginning!!!

God Has Always Been Psalm 90:2 –“Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. 1 Timothy 1:17 –Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen

His Knowledge/Wisdom Acts 15:18 –“Known to God from eternity are all His works” Romans 16:27 –“to God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever.”

His Justice Psalm 89:14 –Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face.

His Holiness Isaiah 6:3 –And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” Revelation 4:8 –The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!” Revelation 15:3-4 –They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying: “Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints! 4 Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested.”

His Goodness Matthew 19:17 –So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.” Psalm 145:9 The Lord is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works.

Ephesians 1:3-5 New King James Version (NKJV) 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, Perfect Purpose of God

Ephesians 1:7-11 New King James Version (NKJV) 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,

Ephesians 3:8-11 New King James Version (NKJV) 8 To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9 and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ ; 10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,

1 Corinthians 2:6-8 New King James Version (NKJV) 6 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

1 Peter 1:18-20 New King James Version (NKJV) 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you

Titus 1:2 New King James Version (NKJV) 2 in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,

Romans 16:25 New King James Version (NKJV) 25 Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began

Colossians 1:19-22 New King James Version (NKJV) 19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. 21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled 22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight — Through the blood of Christ we are made PERFECT!

1 Peter 1:10-12 New King James Version (NKJV) 10 Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, 11 searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. 12 To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things which angels desire to look into.

Deuteronomy 29:29 New King James Version (NKJV) 29 “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
