B: You know, I have a new boss now. He set up a lot of new regulations/rules upon his coming. And also, a few colleagues have been promoted, exculding me. A: Oh, what a bummer./Bummer./That's too bad. But don't worry, you should work hard from now on. I think your new boss will reward you for your diligence and devotion to your work. B: Yeah, I hope so. All right, I won't be late or even absent from now on.
