Apart from our strong internal database, our recruiters have access to all leading job portals, Linkedin, social networking websites and other recruitment and job groups. Delivery Strategy Screening Each profile that goes to the client, will undergo 2 rigorous levels of screening. 1 st level screening is done at the recruiter end and the 2 nd level screening is done at the Vertical Head level. All the details of the candidate are captured in the Assessment sheet and forwarded to the client SPOC. We strive hard to ensure that only the right candidate’s credentials are forwarded to the client. Our Vertical Heads assist the client’s HR team in the stage of salary negotiations. We strive hard to provide the best available resource within the budgets of the client. We do a continuous follow up exercise to ensure that pre-joining documentation is in place and any other required formalities like medical checkups etc are done.
