Warrior flight will be awarded to the flight who exemplifies excellence in: Warrior spirit Physical fitness Motivation Ability to inspire others
Recognizes one male and one female who shows excellence in motivation, positive attitude, willingness to be better, professionalism, customs and courtesies, and volunteering Warrior cadets will receive a prize at the end of each month and be recognized throughout the detachment
Criteria for warrior flight is as follows: Motivation during pt:(15pts) per flight Warrior Day: 1 st (150pts),2 nd (100pts),3 rd (50)pts Warrior quizzes:(2pts) per cadet Make-up pt:(10pts) per cadet Warrior cadet:(15pts) per flight PFA(highest Avg. Percent): 1 st (60pts),2 nd (50pts),3 rd (40pts),4 th (30pts),5 th (20pts), 6 th (10pts)
