2 Deenise Becenti Deenise Becenti is the Public Relations Supervisor for the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA), the largest multi-utility owned and operated by an American Indian tribe. Deenise (Navajo) is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and worked as a multi-media journalist for more than 15 years before coming to NTUA. She and her public relations team designed and implemented a bilingual energy and water conservation program, incorporating basic traditional Navajo beliefs, culture, and language.
