The classrooms and shared use facilities for the junior and senior high wings are composed of approximately 29,000 square feet of permanent modular construction. Permanent Modular Construction combines the quality of conventional-site-built construction with the efficiency of factory-built modular construction placed on conventional concrete foundation systems. The interior and exterior of the buildings are finished-out on site to district specifications and customization.
