Have a high quality and sturdy camera bag Make sure the camera and accessories are all in the same bag Minimum contents: – Spare battery – Battery charger – Lens/filter cleaners – Checklists Transfer pictures to computer ASAP Clear all pictures from media card after mission Periodically inventory bag contents 2

Keeping Ready: P-2203 Batteries Use only fresh batteries and don’t mix them – Alkaline – Lithium ion Have two batteries ready – One in the camera – Another fresh in the bag Rotate batteries after each mission – Use CAP supplied charger (e.g. no rapid chargers) Remove battery if camera stored for long period 3
