9 Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, What could this symbolise? Decisions in life- Two different paths obscured by branches and leaves.

10 To where it bent in the undergrowth. And looked down one as far as I could This shows that he is really checking the paths/choices until he can’t see anymore. What could this mean?

11 Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there What could this mean? He chooses the road less travelled. Meaning he might not want to follow but lead his life. Seems to suggest he is drawn to the road less travelled “wanted wear” not because of his wanting to lead but out of pity. The road is untravelled not because it is not appealing but people are scared to take a choice no one has taken.

12 Had worn them really about the same. One cannot know, when he makes a choice, what the results of his decision will be. Rather than fretting that he took the wrong road he says that each road has their ups and downs. What could this mean?
