What are the blues? The blues are a specific type of music originate from Black African Americans. This specific kind of music played an important part of these peoples lives. It had began in the 18 th /19 th century, when they were forced to go to America to become slaves. Life was made hard for these Black Americans as they were oftenly beaten and put in chains by White Slave Owners.
What kind of instruments did they use? They kind of instruments they used where: Drums Shakers Tambourines Scrappers All of these instruments listed above were all hand made by these slave workers.
