Urban Reinvestment Project: A Joint Partnership
Project Keys: Occupation of the Job Center (formerly known as TBW) is the catalyst for this entire project. Removal of the Richardson Oil Bulk Facility. Removal/Rehabilitat ion of dilapidated structures.
Code Enforcement Demolitions: The first phase of this project is to remove derelict/ dilapidated structures. This will help to reduce crime and improve the overall appearance of the North Magnolia corridor, thus creating an atmosphere that is more inviting to potential developers and companies. Pictures depict the demolition of the TBW properties also known as the Magnolia Inn.

Cooperative Demolitions: Pictures to the left: depict the former Ocala Lumber Buildings that were demolished October 2010 Pictures to the left: depict the existing conditions of the Ocala Lumber site and the Bullseye Sports site which was demolished in winter 2011
