1. The UK is an island placed in the north of Europe. It’s formed by England, Wales, Scotland and Nothern Ireland. The capital of The Uk is London.

3. Tower Bridge This is Tower Bridge. It was built over the River Thames in London in 1894. It is a bascule bridge in London, over the River Thames. It is close to the Tower of London, which gives it its name. It has become a symbol of London.

The Tower of London has also served as a place of execution, torture, an armoury, a treasury, a zoo, the Royal Mint, a public records office, an observatory, and since 1303, the home of the Crown Jewels of the United Kingdom.

12. Guardsmen A guardsman is member of the British National Guard. Many tourists go to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham palace every day.

13. Saint Paul’s Cathedral Since 604 there has always been a Cathedral dedicated to St Paul which overlooks the City of London. The current St Paul’s Cathedral is the fourth to occupy this site. It was built between 1675 and 1710 after its predecessor was destroyed in the Great Fire of London. The interior of St Paul’s includes glittering mosaics and intricate stone carvings

19. The British Museum The British Museum is one of the world's greatest museums of human history and culture. Its collections, which number more than 13 million objects, are amongst the largest and most comprehensive in the world and originate from all continents.
