3 End Service Error Trapping Page Level Error: When a user leaves a UI without completing the required field(s) – a page level error must be generated. The system must display an inline error icon and display ‘Error Icon’ in the module's navigation. Masthead: The system must display ‘Incomplete’ in the masthead if any page level errors or incomplete (required) modules exist. The system must display ‘End Service’ in the masthead when NO page level errors exist and all required modules are completed. 4 End Service Incomplete: If the user triggers Incomplete from the masthead, the system must reorder the Module navigation so that any incomplete (required) modules are moved to the left. End Service: If the user triggers End Service from the masthead, the system must check for the absence of any Pest, Structural, Sanitation, and/or Prep records. If found, present UIIf not found, present message:

6 End Service Message If the system finds an absence of a Pest, Structural, Sanitation, and/or Prep records – display the associate question. Display a question only for the categories in which NO finding records or NO Open Recommendations exist Anytime the user navigates to the UI, display it as blank (never save the state) Enable the ‘End Service’ button only when all displayed questions have been answered as ‘NO’ If the user selects ‘End Service’ the system must display the End Service confirmation popup (as it functions today) Selecting ‘Cancel’ must close the message and return focus to the previous UI (the system must not save the state) If the user selects ‘Yes’ for any of the questions, the system must display the tray: ‘Return to service to document’ under the question. If the user selects the tray/message, the system must display the Service Notes UI.
