Make Ordering Easy! Use the drop down box to find a supply. Type in a few letters and the supply will appear automatically. Enter a company name for the option to see only the supplies ordered from that company. Choose any ordering option Phone Fax E-mailMail Send a requisition e-mail to get permission to place this order. Type any word in the find box To do a search of all supply words. Order from an unlimited number of companies all from one screen. Each company with a “to be ordered” supply will be listed In the Convert Orders box. You can convert all to orders at once or a single company at a time See the total cost for all the supplies you need to order or highlight an individual company to see only it’s total. Directly link to the company’s website to check for discounts and new products. Directly link to Froogle.com for a price comparison. Keep Track of Supply Information Supply Name Comments Category Company Chart of Accounts Storage Area For relevant information to the supply. Comments will print on barcode labels Use drop down box to choose a different company or easily add a new one Use the drop down box to choose a storage area or easily add a new storage area. Storage areas can be named anything such as “Back storage room.” Associate your accounting ledgers to each supply. Such as “Office Supplies.” This is a powerful way to group supplies for reporting purposes. For example, a category could be “Promotional Items.” Hazardous/ MSDS Check the box if the supply is hazardous. Enter Material Safety Information in the box for easy reporting.
All supply information on one screen Catalog Number Units Per Package Price Per Package and Price Per Item Enter the package price and the program automatically computes price per item and vs. versa. Package Type Discount % Price Change Current Stock Reorder Level Fully Stocked Level Usual Quantity Ordered Order Interval Use the drop down box to choose an office. Keep track of up to 125 offices. The program will automatically update this field each time the prices changes. This allows for price change reports. Appliance It’s easy to differentiate between supplies and appliances making tracking simple. Enter the number of weeks before the supply needs to be ordered. The program will generate a report once the last order date has gone past the number of weeks entered. The program automatically generates a report When the current stock goes below the reorder at this level amount.
