In case of a decline by Ameritas, the DI underwriter, assuming the RISK/FSL/Presidential Life authorization was signed, will provide RISK the medical underwriting files to allow RISK to make an offer to your customer If an offer is provided, it will be ed to you within two business days, along with the illustration, pre-completed application with available information, contracting materials, etc. will provide a point of contact for any questions or follow up DI
