2 Unit Rep Responsiblities Attend bi-monthly meetings Create and maintain a BOSS board that includes – BOSS SOP (FOUND ON FACEBOOK.COM/RILEYBOSSWZ) – BOSS DA CIR (FOUND ON FACEBOOK.COM/RILEYBOSSWZ) – Additional Duty Orders (along with a copy given to BOSS Pres) – FR Reg (Informal Fund Raising on Fort Riley) – Related CO/TRP/BN/BDE BOSS policy letters or SOPs – Minutes and Agendas from previous BOSS meetings – Contact info of BOSS Rep (with a picture) – BOSS flyers or Calendar of events – Schedule of BOSS meetings – Suggestion box

3 BOSS BOARDS UPDATE BOSS Boards are now becoming an inspection item for EVERY Brigade!! Make sure your BOSS Board is ALWAYS up to date with ALL info and regulations. BOSS will now be tasked with MANDATORY RANDOM WEEKLY checks on ALL unit BOSS Boards starting 04 APR 2013!!!

5 Volunteer Opportunities April 12 th - Relay For Life K-State (Unlimited) – K-State Coliseum – Sign up online, details available. Run for The Fallen- May 4 th (Unlimited) Mud Bogg Event- May 4 th (Unlimited) – GRANT AVE, JC – See slide for additional details Country Stampede- June 23 rd - July ½ (20-25) – See BOSS for additional details on signing up

11 2013 Country Stampede Volunteering For more information on signing up please fill out your name and contact information in the black binder and BOSS will call you with details. (A DA-31 may be required for volunteers.) Setup- 20/25 Workers JUN- 27 JUN - Must be able to begin work at Work from 0800 until approximately Break for lunch (sandwiches and Gatorade provided) Begin working the afternoon session Work until approximately 1700 depending on what is needed to be completed for that day. There will be water and Gatorade on site. Still would be a good idea to have a supply of water brought with the workers. Break Down- 20/25 Workers JUL- 03 JUL - Must be able to begin work at Work from 0800 until approximately Break for lunch (sandwiches and Gatorade provided) Begin working the afternoon session Work until approximately 1700 depending on what is needed to be completed for that day. There will be water and Gatorade on site. Still would be a good idea to have a supply of water brought with the workers. It would be nice for the same crew to perform tear down as did set up. They will be familiar with what needs to be done and where to take the material.
