As part of the NETWORK, each middleman is crucial to propagating information – even without adding much new to the info- pool. Hey, I am just a middleman – with 8,550 trucks in 20 countries. I don’t have much information to add to X’s SCR system, but would like to join into it for my own benefit. There are two central facets of an SCR E- Service: i) PROPAGATE information; and ii) BIND the information to products. ‘Middlemen’ make the entire system work. ‘It’s about Partner Networks – where I’m the Partner. I learn so much about other SC partners who are indirectly connected to me, stuff I never knew or had a way of knowing.’

Some of my wholesalers, from whom I purchase my products and goods, are not SCR- registered. Others are deeply involved with this new idea of S UPERVISED S UPPLY P ATHS. What should I do? I know my end-consumers want and value reliable knowledge about P RODUCTS ’ S USTAINABILITY & T RANSPARENCY. I want to be part of this! It’s about My Network – particularly the businesses upstream from me. There’s Info infused into the products I trade. I need to know that Info – because my own Customers and Consumers want it!

SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform Vis-à-vis Consumers, an SCR E-Service is ‘where food companies and others collect and store the SCKn that I want access to.’ ‘I don’t know how X’s SCR system works, but I know it’s based on NETWORKS within their industry. The benefits to me are that I know: there is a rigorous system being used in this (say, Foods) sector; that the information is good; and that I can really use this information in making my family’s purchase decisions.’ 2. I can learn so much more now – and really understand what I’m seeing via this great user interface. This is valuable to me, knowing more about W HERE & H OW stuff is really created. My husband’s company just joined into the X industry’s SCR sustainability service. I understand that this industry service provides sound, verifiable information about corporate Sustainability and Transparency. This W HERE & H OW knowledge is really the essence of both Sustainability and Transparency. Really novel and useful! It’s about My Family & My Social Network. I’m already wired with my own Social Graph. Now, I’ve really got some great new economic, social and health information to share – and to show better “who I am by what I’m doing.”
