10 10  One Veterinary doctor/assistant for approx. 10 villages (10 doctors in a tehsil, 100 in a district & 3500 in a state) and dept has its own organisational hierarchy.  No integrated digital database of animals in a state which leads to improper scheme design.  No MIS for dept, communication is based on manual system  Inefficient use of resources like- doctors, medicines, financial aid, production, marketing etc.  Information asymmetry for different stakeholders and information silo’s exists in R&D and Agricultural universities.  No sharing of information & no mechanism to collect user’s inputs/requirements.
