It provides a new solution to problems that until now seemed impossible to resolve. It works as Gore-Tex, waterproof which allows the flow of vapor and air but repels water and filters the dust.

14. H OW DOES IT W ORK ? The micro porous structure of the DUST TEX NET® makes it washable and resistant to wind and dust. Each microscopic pore is about 10 times smaller than a 90 microns dust molecule, which means that the air can pass through the net but not the dust which is trapped in the inner part of the containment net and cannot escape. In the case of humid dust the DUST TEX NET®, reduces its flow capacity for the air which will be re-established as soon as the dust is dry. The net DUST TEX NET® is designed to be auto cleaning; it resists UVA rays and doesn’t lose its color. It also maintains its mechanical characteristics for at least 5 years. The pores of the DUST TEX NET® are 700 times bigger than a standard air molecule, so the air flow can easily pass through but not the dust. The wind that brings dust in the DUST TEX NET®, dries it and shakes it, scrolling it down an internal base of the net itself.

35. HOW DOES IT WORK? EX PROOF because Dust Tex Net is a High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD)and it is known for its strength to density ratio, HDPE is commonly used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion- resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber. HDPE is commonly recycled, and has the number "2" rating as a recycling symbol.

36. HOW DOES IT WORK? Dust Tex Net is electrostatically charged because of the air flow that passes through it and therefore it attracts micro particles of dust (PM10) and collects them until they fall on the ground because of mass weight and gravity. Dust Tex Net works according to the same principle of Gore-Tex, it stops the dust mechanically allowing the air to pass through freely.

Dust Tex Net makes a statistic filtration selection of the particles transported by the wind which rarely hit the net exactly at 90° and in most cases they have different angles according to the wind direction. Therefore the net mesh span is much bigger than the open granulometry of the collected dust which gets filtered by the net.
