2 2 Company Overview Sirius Consolidated Pty Ltd (“Sirius”) and its associated companies are a privately owned Australian property development group. With over 45 years’ combined experience, the Directors of Sirius possess expertise in management through all phases of property development, including site selection and acquisition, land subdivision, conceptual planning, approval processes, construction, construction management and property maintenance. The incorporation of Sirius in 2005 formalised the pre-existing relationships between a number successful businesses with the aim creating a single brand which could provide an integrated and efficient service offering in the sphere of property development. Today, Sirius has a demonstrably successful track record in all aspects of property development, delivering a extensive list of successful projects and satisfied clients.
