4 4  Financials : Increase in revenue by 85% & EBIDTA by 58% over last year (Annualized )  Current Footprint : 166 screens across 62 properties & total capacity of 62,728  Established a 200+ screen chain with a nationwide footprint across the US, covering 28 cities including the key markets in East, Mid West and West Coast.  To play mainstream Hollywood films and Indian films viz., Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.  Screens will be operational during the course of the year  Prestigious property launched – Adlabs at ‘The Great India Place’ at Noida  Adlabs Cinemas won the ‘Retailer of the Year’ Award at the Reid & Taylor Awards for Retail Excellence for the 2nd consecutive year  Preferred choice for all megaplex developments with Emaar MGF at Hyderabad, Lucknow, Mohali & Delhi, Sun Gumberg at Mohali & Ludhiana and with Phoenix at Bandra Kurla Complex  Two prestigious properties Odeon (Delhi) and R Town with 9 screens (Ghatkopar) coming up in the year  India’s first 6D theatre launched at Agra Cinemas

5 5 Processing Lab  Increase in revenue by 16% & EBIDTA by 12% over last year (Annualized)  The lab processed 16,620 prints in FY08 including Jodhaa Akbar, Om Shanti Om, Saawariya, Bhool Bhulaiya, Chak De India, Heyy Babyy, Taare Zameen Par, Race  Process improvements and de-bottlenecking have resulted in a 17% increase in prints per quarter from 4750 in FY07 to 5550 in FY08 Other Services  Launched the state-of-the-art DI lab is the first true 4K facility in India  Awarded the 2 lacs sq ft Film City Studios contract for 20 years  Established DCI Compliant 2K Digital Cinema mastering facility & test bed with 22 screens in multiplexes across India Film Services
