Collecting Information of Candidates to be Assessed Next step of our Assessment process is to collect a list of candidates ready to face the assessment, comprises of complete details of each candidate and training completed. It is essential part of our assessment methodology which help us to collect necessary data of a trainee regarding his background and current status. This also helps us in maintaining a database that we may utilize in future for employability and linkage with industries.
