Because………the decisions students make about what to take in high school often have enormous consequences as to what doors will be open and what doors will be shut when they leave K-12. It is about Finding True North. Being able to work is a key end product of students in school-career (whether or not it includes going to college). It also includes student’s learning, their ability to engage in the community and global world, and their ability to establish relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.
