Deacons likewise must be men of dignity, not double-tongued, or addicted to much wine or fond of sordid gain, - I Timothy 3:8

Men who are not already living holy lives busy in service to the Lord shouldn’t be considered or appointed as elders or deacons.
Women must likewise be dignified, not malicious gossips, but temperate, faithful in all things. - I Timothy 3:11

Wives of Deacons must… -Be dignified -Not malicious gossips -Temperate -Faithful
Deacons must be husbands of only one wife, and good managers of their children and their own households. - I Tim. 3:12
