2. Club 3:16 is a Winona area WELS youth group made up of high school age students bonded by God’s grace and love The club is self-governed with officers We have 4 focus pillars that define who we are and what we do: PRAISE, OUTREACH, FOLLOWSHIP and COMMUNITY SERVICE
