Each amendment shall identify the contract to which it refers by number, subject and date. The nature of the amendment shall be clearly described and a statement included that all other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged. The procedures for signing an amendment are the same as for the original contract. If the amendment modifies the expenditure under the original contract or substantially modifies the scope of work and the original contract was reviewed by the Committee on Contracts, the advice of the Committee shall be obtained before the Amendment is issued.
