11 Rules of writing letters of establishing business relations The letter of establishing business relations is based on “equality and mutual benefits” and the writing purpose is to obtain “the good impression”. In your letter let the reader know bout it. Whatever result it is, the letter should be written in a sincere, friendly and considerate tone.
