15 System Action After Application Submit Candidate receives the Job Specific Application Acknowledgment correspondence.Job Specific Application Acknowledgment Taleo System moves candidates step and status to Application – Complete (Candidate View)(Candidate View) This is the first trigger to the Candidate Information Database.  The TCC system feeds data into CID every 3 hours.
