Download and complete the literature request form and send to literature request form  As we are constantly updating our literature, you should always use the latest version of the request form. 3. Requests sent before 2pm are processed same day. Requests sent after 2pm are processed the next working day. Allow 5 working days for delivery. Important  Please allow at least 5-6 working days before you need the literature.  Urgent orders will only be processed in extreme circumstances.  Literature is regularly updated so we ask that you order only the quantities that you require to ensure that you are not left with surplus amounts of out-of-date stock.  All queries should be directed to Choose section
