New client journey New clients are automatically sent literature at certain stages of their policy. You should keep this in mind when ordering literature, to ensure that clients are not sent duplicates. 71 How to order literature
The literature request process 1. Visit pruprotect.co.uk/literature 2. Download and complete the literature request form and send to  As we are constantly updating our literature, you should always use the latest version of the request form. 3. Requests sent before 2pm are processed same day. Requests sent after 2pm are processed the next working day. Allow 5 working days for delivery. Important Please allow at least 5-6 working days before you need the literature. Urgent orders will only be processed in extreme circumstances. Literature is regularly updated so we ask that you order only the quantities that you require to ensure that you are not left with surplus amounts of out-of-date stock. All queries should be directed to Choose section

72 How to order literature
Literature request form There are constant updates and new items added to the literature library. You should check regularly that you have the most up-to-date version of the literature request form to ensure that you are aware of the available literature. Updates to literature are announced in the weekly Marketing communication . The Adviser Zone has the most up-to-date version of the form. Remember to fill out all of the information within section 1 so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible. If you do have an agency code please include this information. Orders are processed faster when quantities are kept within the limits. For items that you are not requesting leave the quantity box blank. Average costs of materials are included on this form. You are not expected to pay this, it is a way of monitoring the size of orders that we get. Choose section

You should keep this in mind when ordering literature, to ensure that clients are not sent duplicates. The literature request process 1. Visit pruprotect.co.uk/business/literature _and_tools.html 2. Download and complete the literature request form and send to As we are constantly updating our literature, you should always use the latest version of the request form. 3. Requests sent before 2pm are processed same day. Requests sent after 2pm are processed the next working day. Allow 5 working days for delivery. Important Please allow at least 5-6 working days before you need the literature. Urgent orders will only be processed in extreme circumstances. Literature is regularly updated so we ask that you order only the quantities that you require to ensure that you are not left with surplus amounts of out-of-date stock. Literature request form There are constant updates and new items added to the literature library. You should check regularly that you have the most up-to-date version of the literature request form to ensure that you are aware of the available literature. Updates to literature are announced in the weekly Marketing communication . The website has the most up-to-date version of the form. Remember to fill out all of the information within section 1 so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible. If you do have an agency code please include this information. Orders are processed faster when quantities are kept within the limits. For items that you are not requesting leave the quantity box blank. Average costs of materials are included on this form.
