How would you rate yourself as a LinkedIn user? How would you rate yourself as a Twitter user? How often do you use LinkedIn on a weekly basis? Have you used LinkedIn to expand your network? How large is your LinkedIn network? Have you used different applications on LinkedIn to enhance your profile?
Many recruiters are going straight to sites like LinkedIn to find their perfect candidates Recruiters are posting their jobs on Twitter Recruiters regularly scour the Internet for additional information about candidates. Online information about you can hurt or help your chances of being hired.

Consistency with your brand No digital dirt Positive information that presents you well
Fill out your profile completely and view it as your online resume. Get recommendations from bosses and colleagues. Ask for introductions to people who are in companies that you are targeting. Search for jobs on LinkedIn's site.
Create a professional- looking background for your Twitter profile. Write a bio that piques the reader’s interest about what you do and what you have to offer. Include your LinkedIn URL as part of your bio. Tweet information of interest to employers.
